"This location allegedly left a rag in Irene’s car causing her AC to stop working. There are no records that Irene was ever at this location, which leads us to believe they deleted their “dirty work” trying to get rid of evidence that she was ever there to get her car worked on. Extremely unprofessional staff. Worse experience ever. Do NOT go here!"
"I'm highly upset because my car has overspray all over the front of the car and they didn't remove it. Not to mention the tape and scratches I found on the trunk and top of the car. Never experienced a body shop doing anything like this before. I think I would've come out better using the shade tree body man I used for my previous car. Never again, smh"

"This place is a JOKE!!! They have horrible staff who can not communicate with the customers. The manager has no clue about how his employees handle customers and how they're treated. God forbid you're a frustrated customer and the manger NO LIE HANGS UP ON ME!!! I Dropped my car off for repairs from a claim and now one month post picking my car up with a new radiator and now it's overheating!!!! Manger is not helpful at all and the person who was handling the claim in the office NEVER CONTACTED ME! No worries because there's always a higher up I'm done playing games with a company who is okay with doing this to customers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T EVEN REPAIR THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY!!"
