"I went to the store at 20007 SW. Freeway, 77479 on Friday, January 26 morning at around 8 AM for inspection and a small replacement with the rear license plate light. After I left and opened my trunk yesterday Saturday, I then realized that their technician Jeff didn’t restore my trunk liner cover completely and missed couple of screw pins so the cover was open and feels loose. Even though, Jeff did fix it after I went back to the store today (he seemed mad and gave me a look), I still feel bad about this occurrence. Because I was so trust their jobs in the past and start wondering about should I trust jiffy lube stores the same way for my future return when I can’t get eyes on their work."
"Unfortunately, I left an outstanding review in the past. However, I have since been very disappointed in this store and management. I found out my vehicle's VIN was used in 2022 fraudulently, or a mistaken data entry of my mileage was done. As a result, this has devalued my vehicle for appraisal purposes. The store has been very unhelpful and nonchalant. I have communicated with the District Mgr Mr. Lionel Sosa 3x to no avail. I will never have my vehicle inspected at the location again. Please BEWARE of their inspection services."
