FindPro Appliance Repair

"Found this company from Google Listings. My Samsung refrigerator/freezer died when lightning struck my house in August 2021. My son did some research and was able to reset the appliance and it worked for about a week and died again. When I called, I told Azar, the owner, the problem and that my son already tried to reset the appliance. Azar sent tech Elvin. I was at work but my mom told me that all tech did was reset the appliance like what my son did. Couldn't understand Elvin's English so called Azar and he told me what Elvin did. I told him that my son already tried that. I paid $185 and was told by Azar that if the appliance dies again that I would not have to pay for them to come out again but only for parts. Well, he tried to charge me $60 to come out again. I think what upset me the most was that I paid for service that my son already did. There was obviously something else wrong with the appliance and he tried to charge me again to come back out when he told me he wouldn't. So, I called neighborly.com and they diagnosed problem, ordered the part needed for repair, and came back out and fixed my refrigerator/freezer. Still going strong. Don't bother with this company. Find someone else close to home, I mean really close to home. You will get better service."
