"Was asked to have a morning appointment and was not honored. Technician arrived 345P. Striking a conversation and asked if he has any more appointments afterward and said, one more for the day. Was 2nd to last appointment for the technician. Boy, the time frame needs to be better than 7AM-6P. That's a lot of waste of time for house owners. When asked about the front border plate ordered when it was in all good condition, he had no idea. Keep this in mind, he knew about the outer border plate and had just finished replacing the internal keypad and plate. When asked to go replace it since it was ordered, he had the look of I'm not interested/tired from all previous jobs because he would have to remove several internal components and redo what he had already replaced. He stated, just keep it for later as a spare part (over $100). So, the first technician did a diagnostic and ordered something that wasn't needed and billed my Home warranty company. Just wondering if SEARS is ordering replacement parts for the heck of it to bill the insurance??? Sounds like a profit for SEARS."
