The 5 star is based solely on her because when she is not in office i really rather wait because unfortunately the other lady and man are rude and dont take the time to help they hang up on you. I have not had any problems with company so as far as Im concerned they also get the 5 star because i have not had no problem but them other 2 workers should learn to be more professional and have phone manners. They represent the company when they answer."

"Bought a lift that we were reassured was thoroughly repaired and all worn parts had been replaced. 6 months later, and 2 services, we had spent almost as much on the lift repair as we did the lift. The billing was wrong on both of these services and it took 6 months for them to correct the billing. Not to our satisfaction but to theirs I might add. My husband used them again last month to fix the lift...again....and here we go again with the billing. We get the bill and it is $300 more than the estimate. We complain about the bill, and are told that they forgot to add some things onto the estimate before giving it to us. Not our problem, right? I mean if we ran our company like this we would be out of business. Well that's not the way they look at it. Again, for the third time, they meet the discrepancy almost in the middle. So now our bill is $166 more than what was on the estimate. They will not get us again though I can promise you that."
