"BEWARE BEWARE !!!!! A friend of mine boarded their dog here and the dog died on that watch. These people also cremated the dog without informing the owners. Terrible place. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. If you want to check more, please see the yelp reviews of this place. This place is shady. They have also lost pets in the past"

"My dog had a wonderful experience with Rafa while I was gone for 20 days. I got pictures of her daily and was so grateful to see how well my baby was treated. I have had some bad experiences with other companies but this one really changed everything for me. Rafa listened to all my instructions for my sweet Marley may and gave her the best time. My Marley had such a great time with Rafa and the other dogs that she wanted to stay and gets so excited every time she goes back 1000000% recommending Rafa’s Paw House."
"MY PET DIED IN THIS FACILITY. ANOTHER PET WAS LOST FROM THIS FACILITY .. MY FAMILY IS STILL RECOVERING.. She never compensated us for this.. I don't know what level of negligence goes on here and how safety is compromised. My pet was cremated without letting me decide and saying a final good bye although I arrived few hours after the incident. I hope no one goes through what our family went through boarding here. I wish I would have known things to make an informed decision"
"My dog was treated like a queen during 16 days she was with Rafa! Rafa is very professional and sent two pictures or more every day during my vacation. Rafa listened all my 15 years old dog’s necessities including how to hold her. She also offered me grooming services and I regretted deeply for not grooming my dog. Of course, I’ll come back. I recommend her a 1000%!!!"
