"Dr. Chino is one of the worst pharmacists I have ever had to deal with! He could care less about patients or their questions, evidenced by his heavy sighing and rushing to get off the phone. I have never had issues with this pharmacy until having to deal with this man, you're better off going to the CVS down the road or HEB."

"They have the worst customer service. The first time I went here I called ahead to MAKE SURE they carried my prescription. They told me no, they would have to order it, but I could pick it up in a couple days. Fine, no big deal.Couple days later, I call ahead on my lunch break to pick up, and they say it will be ready in 10 or 15 minutes. When I get there, not only is it still not ready, but they filled it with the wrong product. Come to find out they never even ordered it, but tell me I can drive across the toll road to another CVS that does carry it. They tell me they will call ahead over there so it will be ready. More lies. I get to this other CVS and they treat me like I'm an idiot for showing up there and expecting to have a prescription to pick up. They tell me they need all my info and proof of insurance and that it will be another 20 minutes. But wait, there's more. The second time I went to fill the same prescription, I again called ahead to make sure it was the correct product, and that they would really have it ready when they said. I get over there, again on my lunch break, and end up still having to wait 10 minutes. My most recent visit, they actually had it ready on time! But silly me forgot to ask/check if it was the correct product, and what do you know? They screwed it up again. WRONG DRUG. These people are either stupid or lazy and make no apologies when they make mistakes. If this wasn't the closest pharmacy to my home/place of work I'd change it in a heartbeat."

"I get my medicines regularly at Target and have never been a let down. Especially today, when they didn't have the much needed meds, they went out of their way to call any pharmacy that had the meds and sent us to a different store that wasn't Target. Thank you."
