"Honestly, Costco is normally 4-5 star all day long. Started using their pharmacy at Great Hills / Gateway store near domain and was blown away by the pharmacy for prices, efficiency, text updates, you name it. Moved out this way, started using this location, and this pharmacy is somehow just broken ... TLDR version: they are slow and painfully inconsistent. I concur with some other reviews that it seems like they will sit on an order to be filled until your calling wondering where the heck it is. In a nutshell for those curious if you're suffering the same; prior to this location I could call/text Dr. Office, they send scrip within 2-3 hours (so around 10-11)and then GOOD Costco pharmacy has me out the door within an hour, 90 min tops, of them getting it. Here, with no change to my Dr or morning habits of request time, it's usually the full day for the whole process (I once got a text at 2:41pm about costco receiving it) and went in around 5, only to wait another hour+ and they acted as if they were doing me a favor to push this through before closing . Today is the last straw. They claimed it didn't come in until late in the day yesterday (Dr. Offices are usually done for the day around 4:30) pharmacy closes at 7? Maybe 8... but not 4:30. and now calling this morning they say it will be at least 2 hrs ... So .... Nearly 24 hours between them getting it and them filling it. Supposedly. I gather that my Dr has consistently been reliable and this is likely over 24 hrs .. to fill a simple 30 pill bottle, that has been confirmed to be in stock.... If I wanted Subway, but needed to order it TODAY to get it (hopefully) by tomorrow, at an uncertain time, there would be no Subway establishments. Only reason for 2 star instead of one is that the price benefit is still there. But for what it's worth, I'd rather pay extra to have CVS not give me the run around. There, I can walk in with a paper fill order and even with verification, be out in 30 minutes, and in all reality, that's not really all that quick without the t ball players on the field......"

"Let me start by saying, I LOOOVE costco, always have. But the pharmacy.... sooooo sloooowwww. Occasionally, I call in a refill before I go (like 30 min to 2 hours prior). Let them know when I get there that I'm there and shopping. Shop around for usually 30 min to an hour and STILL have to wait. Like after 2-3 hours, you'd think a refill would be ready....? But no. I usually have to wait another 30 minutes. I won't pretend to know the process, which I know there is one, but dang.... other pharmacies, you can drop off/call in, and it's ready in 20 min. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG?! If the prices on my dog's meds weren't the best priced here, I wouldn't fill because of the looooonnnngggg waits. Please let me know what is up."

"I refill my meds days in advance and I feel like they only get filled when I call and ask about it. It shouldn't take days to get meds unless they're out of stock.. but they can't be out of stock because it always gets filled the same day I call about it (and I give them DAYS in advance). I also use to get texts when my meds were needing refills or if they were out of stock of my medication, but those have stopped for some reason. The Costco Pharm website is also terrible. It's supposed to tell you when your meds are ready or if they'll be ready soon, my meds have been 'Should be ready soon' for the last 4 days. Again, I had to call and ask about it and then they immediately got filled."

"Michelle was SO helpful, absolutely amazing. She helped track down a medication for my husband to make sure he had at least enough while they awaited restock. She went way above and beyond and had a fantastic attitude while doing so. I sincerely appreciate how much she actually cared. Thank you, Michelle!!!"
