"Walls are super thin. Hallway noises are loud. Staff allows anyone to request a card to a room number and happily just programs one and hands it to you. Neighbor's small child was crying, but not loudly, however the walls were so thin that is felt like the child was IN the room crying. Had to bang on the wall to have them turn down the volume of the cartoons at 2am used to keep the child from crying. There is no sleeping past 8am at this hotel, the noises from the hallway and the doors that aren't adjusted correctly that slam shut loudly will wake you up every few minutes. Forgot my access card upstairs when going to the car to get something. Went to the front desk after walking in from the parking lot and asked for a new card...got one. Never mentioned my name or showed ID to a staff person I had not talked with before."
"Faith needs a raise! She was so charming, helpful and a delight to encounter at 1am after a long day of travel and performing! The staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we're in this area."
"WiFi 9/10 room small, laundry room and a huge gym, only bad thing would be no tv, you could hear the noise from doors shutting, and latest check out is 12 normally im aloud until 2pm max. She didn’t even check if I was a diamond member just said no only 12."
"The hotel was well located in a safe area near lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed as soft and comfortable. The standard hotel breakfast was a convenient treat with pancakes, waffles and scrambled eggs. Complimentary coffee and tea areserved 24/7. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will keep this hotel in mind for future trips to the area."
"This was my first visit to Austin. The hotel is in the perfect spot safe and amongst plenty of shopping stores, restaurants and not far from The Domain. Right in the middle of everything, but still quietness that you need to relax. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. I especially enjoyed talking to the house keeping attendant Amanda she is as sweet as can be . Being a woman on a solo trip I felt really safe here for my 3 day stay. I would definitely use them again .Room was clean , cozy and simple. Many good restaurants to choose from in area."
