"UPDATE 2/13/24: Great customer service by Deanna. Had some issues with a prescription but she made it right and apologized. Sometimes issues are out of your hands (like delivery) but showing a customer that you will go above and beyond to make it right goes a long way. Thank you! I've been coming here for about 8-10 years and the last 3 times I've filled prescriptions it has been a mess not to mention this last time was the worst. I had a prescription that was suppose to be delivered on a Friday, I waited from 8:30am till 7:30pm and no one arrived. I called and spoke to Deanna and was told the driver tried to deliver but there was no suite number on his paperwork. Why this happened I have no idea because I gave all the information to the Pharmacist Nick. The driver could have seen the business name on top of the door but I think he was just being lazy. Anyhow, it took 3 attempts for this guy to deliver and only because I called again at 230pm because I was told someone would deliver by 11am which that didn't happen. I'm not sure how they have a 4.5 star rating as a few months ago I looked on google and saw there rating at 3. With all of this back and forth with Deanna there was never an apology. The pharmacist messed up on the address, I was overcharged and was never told until I saw my credit card charge, I spoke to Deanna again and was told the pricing went up. She refunded the difference because the Pharmacist confirmed the pricing with me when we hung up the phone. I've used them for a long time and its unfortunate how this was handled and with no apology. This is not the first time. I will not be coming back here and found a couple of other compound pharmacies to use."

"This pharmacy is the Best but Chris is even better! So I went through this ordeal where I got a medication that needed to be refrigerated and wasn’t. The medication itself wasn’t cheap. I called and explained what had happened, Chris was sweet enough to send me a whole new one at no charge! Now I’m a happy gal! Thanks Chris and Happy Holidays!"
