"Definitely recommend if you don’t have anyone to repair or replace for you. Pros: Friendly customer service, direct and service calls are quick, often same day availability. Cons: Prices are not as transparent as others, invoices are blank and only include a total price so you don’t know what you are paying specifically for parts vs labor. It’s also important to note that while the service technician is informative, Viking doesn’t provide a “white glove” type service. I did have to go back behind the tech and clean up the garage door, freeing it of debris, dust, cobwebs, etc. While it only took a minute to do, with the service amount paid, one would think this is included but I’m sure is another charge. Overall, the work was done and I didn’t have to do any of it (paid for the convenience) which is good but if you’re on a budget, ask more specific questions on pricing and shop around a bit."

"Awesome!! Over 400 5 star reviews!! I got their phone number from a ValPak coupon. I had 2 broken springs and called them about 1:30 in the afternoon. Dominic arrived at 3:00 and by 4:30 he had replaced both springs and 10 rollers, made all necessary adjustments and lubricated everything that moves. The price was very reasonable for such prompt and professional service! Dominic was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Viking Overhead for any garage door service!! Thanks guys!!"

"My garage door recently has been "drooping" in the middle and made a loud bang when the door was closing. Concerned, I reached out to a couple of other local garage door companies. One seemed shady, the other never returned my requests for quotes. I called Viking Overhead and from beginning to end, they were courteous, communicative and prompt. Dominic came by to investigate my door and quickly made an assessment. The repair cost was VERY reasonable. Within a week, the door was fixed and working "like new". "It was a pleasure to deal with this company. An appointment was scheduled 2 days after I called for service. Dominic was the technician, that cane out to diagnose the issue I was having with one of my automatic garage doors. He gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. He had the problem fixed in an hour , as well as replacing the garage remotes with updated ones, for the door he fixed as well as for the second garage door. I would definitely use them, in the future, if needed and would highly recommend them."
