"First and foremost I want to say if I could leave zero stars I would. This place is unprofessional and don’t care about their customers nor the vehicles coming in for repairs, it’s all fast labor with cheap products. I would like to mention that the location I went to is off great southwest highway, I went in to take my car for repairs Joe was my adjuster/estimator and he mentioned that the job would be done quick. A week and a half later I get my vehicle back and there are 3 major issues, prior to the car accident and even after the car accident my walk-away lock and remote start were working PERFECTLY fine! When I picked up the vehicle, they were not working and they mentioned that they couldn’t do nothing about it, yet they caused this big issue. The next major issue was air coming in my door, I would drive and air would come inside the vehicle very loudly. When I took my vehicle back the first time they tightened the door and that did not resolve anything. The second time I took it back. They said that they had to keep my vehicle for 24 hours. They called me early morning next day that my car was ready and when I went to pick it up, they told me my driver side door was a couple centimeters off so you mean to tell me that the door was unproperly attached since the beginning? I then thought it was going to be fixed(the air leak) unfortunately it was not when I took it back the third time Marcello drove with me, and he agreed that he did hear the noise. He then kept my vehicle again, and agreed with me that the noise is coming from the fender and that there was not enough foam added, how is this possible, the job should be done correctly the first time! I get my car back told me that they cannot find where it’s coming from, and that it is from crossway winds which it is not and they did not bother to check the fender or padding, they just adjusted the door once again! Excuses. My vehicle did not sound like this before I will attach photos of the sloppy job they did to my vehicle. The foam they used was very much used as you will see, my fender was not properly attached to my vehicle it was lifting. These people are not honest people at all. They will keep giving you the runaround. The very last and final time they keep my car for a whole day to fix the fender I get my vehicle back the air noise is still there. The only thing that has changed is they added a new padding, which should’ve been done since the beginning and it’s not attached correctly STILL. Also, my fender isn’t attached 100% but at this point they cannot seem to fix it PROPERLY! Marcelo’s next excuse was to tell me that the air is coming from the tire and it travels up and hits the mirror. They are full of horrible excuses and lies! Unfortunately, this business does not care about you or your vehicle. All they care about is getting their money and that is sad. They are not good at communication either. Please do not take your vehicle here unless you want your vehicle to come back with extra problems and sloppy work done with cheap products."

"This whole process was easy and fast. Two weeks max for my repair, all thanks to Joe! Hopefully I don’t have to see these guys often but when I do, they’ll be my pick! Thank you Joe!!"

"This place is AMAZING! The process to drop my car off to be fixed was easy. Sam was so helpful & kept me informed on the progress of my repairs the entire time my car was in their shop. My car was ready ahead of schedule! Sam went above & beyond. I asked him how to fix an oxidized headlight cover & he told me. But when I got there to pick up my car, he had done it for me! That was the best part! He took extra time & consideration to do that for me & I was blown away! That is why Sam & TCC gets 5 stars from me!!"
