"I'd like to share my disappointing experience at this tire shop. Despite arriving early and being assured service with a quoted price for a flat tire, I returned to with my car then told a 45-minute wait first come first serve. turned into an inconvenience, and they took the person that came in right behind me. I do not recommend this place and they will never get my business, because it was very unprofessional."

"Please save you time and money. I took my vehicle to this business for my state inspection and they refused to pass my “great condition, new car” (their words) vehicle because of a wiper. Three days prior my vehicle was inspected by the dealer and the wipers were in great condition. I was forced to purchase a new blade from them if I wanted my vehicle to pass. I suggested to take it to the dealer to have to blade replaced. They started to nitpick my entire vehicle calling out details irrelevant to the state inspection. If I did not purchase the blade from them, they were going to fail it for another reason. My wiper was removed from my vehicle without my permission, there was no need to remove my wiper. The wiper was perfectly fine, but they were very adamant about forcing me to purchase the wiper from them. I was not given a receipt for the wiper, instead they wrote it on my inspection report."

"Poor customer service. Brought my own oil filter and oil. They mistakenly put their own and try to charge me $65. Let me save you from this place."

"They have been in business for at least 15 years. My last visit prior to today was about that long ago. They are still very friendly and upfront with pricing and wait time. They are next to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Good job team Fast Tune and Lube in Grand prairie TX. I will visit again and update!!"

"if I could give less stars I would, they are unprofessional and get upset when you question any of their suggestions. I took my car and they charged me $600+ dollars then my car started smoking 2 days later and when i took it back they want to charge me $200 for an ADJACENT part that they could’ve definitely fixed prior. we trusted them but not anymore. don’t take your car here unless you want to be gouged and taken advantage of"
