"Brought my car in for a oil change oil started leaking from my car after the change went back up there to have it check for them to tell me it was leaking before I took it up there which was a lie and didn’t bother to tell me I had a leak after but put it in the notes it did the manager gave me a copy of the report and went to the next person no help I later found out they stripped my oil pan lug I will be contacting corporate"

"Was told they had the tires I needed. But had a tire I could use for the vehicle. Which was a smaller tire and would mechanically overwork the vehicle and plummet my fuel efficiency. But the tech did come out and explain that. But the clerks not knowing that and trying to make it seem like the tires would still do the job without mechanical deficiencies, made me never want to trust them."

"I have used this Grand Prairie Walmart I-20 location multiple times in the last year and on different vehicles and I always get wonderful service! I prefer this location over the Toyota dealership down the highway any day! The manager and employees gave me top notch service in which we were very pleasantly surprised! They gave extra advice, did a good job and the prices were excellent. I was also surprised at how efficient the service was each time. I had a new battery placed today and took 20-30 minutes and done! I didn’t feel like I was at a Walmart but treated as a customer in a private business! I am a loyal customer!"

"I made a mistake not checking reviews before coming to this place to have new tires. I had an appointment at 8:00Am and I came 15 minutes before as they asked. They started to work on my car at 10:00 am (2 hours after the appointment). And they finished at 11:00 If you really love your time and you don't want to deal with people who don't care about costumers, please stay away of this terrible place! I will not come back ever. I'm sure there are better places to buy tires."
