"I went today to get a state inspection. Desiree completed my inspection treating my car with respect and was great to work with. She was polite and very courteous. It only took about 5 mins to get my report and I was on my way. High kudos to the employees here and I recommend this shop to anyone needing a quick and well rounded service."

"I have used this facility for oil change services in the past, it was one of my favorites, because of Neil, and the service he provided. I was greeted as I drove up. There was no line, they only had one other vehicle in the bay area at that moment, that was leaving out. I informed them that all I wanted was just an oil change, nothing else. I asked them not to worry about checking or removing my ac or cabin filters. Obviously, it was communicated to the other service techs. They removed them anyway! Although I was offered a discount on them to be replaced afterwards. I also had a $25 off coupon. When it was time to check out, and Darrell or Darnell, not sure if that's his correct name, verbally told me what my total was, it seemed higher than what I thought it should have been with the coupon I had and the filter discounts that I was offered. I asked him to show me the breakdown for my clarification. He hesitated in a rude manner to turn the screen around and did it in such a rude tone when explaining it to me, as if I, the customer was annoying him. I even asked him was it a problem for me asking for a breakdown. I said it's okay to smile when talking to a customer, his rude reply was, "no, I don't have to smile". PLEASE train these young techs that a smile, and great customer service goes a long way and to LISTEN to the customers REQUEST and concerns. The past manager, Neil, has always been professional and very customer service oriented, sad to see he's currently not there. As for the inside customer waiting area, the up keep and appearance of this location is horrible! I've gone to several other locations for service and their waiting areas are well updated, clean and comfortable. I will not be returning to this location for my future oil changes based on this one experience."

"This was a great experience. When I pulled up about 5 guys came rushing to greet me. They all had smiles on their faces and worked together as a team on my Ford Escape. This was a pleasant experience and I’ll be sure to come back and tell my friends and family. Thank you so much for the excellent service and work you all did."

"Honestly disappointed because the customer service was good, but the work was terrible got an oil change on the 5 of September, and now my oil low went somewhere to get a check said it was loose screws weren't even put on well, and so I leak out oil. The picture below shows all of you. I just got it done, and it's the 6 of October, so it's barely a month. There is no way it should be low, not only that I had to spend 100 dollars, and it wasn't even done right."

"I just have to say how great and hardworking everyone here is, just to name a few Neal, Dre, Nathan, Darnell, Caled, Latrell were extremely nice and did a great job. The time I was there their service was very quick and they gave me a really good and honest deal with my state inspection. Neal is the manager here and he was extremely friendly. All of the employees greeted me with a smile, which was very welcoming. I was extremely impressed with their service I will definitely be back and will be recommending this location to everyone I know!"
