"I called Flow Bros with an emergency back up in my rental property. Jake gave me an estimated time of arrival of about an hour and he was early. They assessed the problem so professionally and gave me the preliminary diagnosis (to be honest I think major plumbing issues are like medicine, sometimes you have to keep trying). While the issue was more in depth than first thought, less than 24 hours later they had installed a new clean out, camera tested and found a break under the slab inside the home and got the break repaired and the floor back together and pulled and reset the toilet. When you have tenants to consider, you want someone quick, efficient and super communicative. That's exactly what I got and I am a happy customer. This is the third or fourth job they have done for me and it will not be the last!"
"My sinks and toilets weren’t draining properly, so I called around for prices and Flow Bros definitely had the best deal. Not only was it affordable, but the work they did was amazing. I wasn’t happy to hear I needed to have my sewer line worked on, but Jake and Stephen really helped me big time. They were very informative and polite from start to finish. "5 stars for sure! We found water leaking in our garage over the weekend. I called Jacob on a Saturday and he came out within about an hour to check it out. Water heater was to blame! He arrived Monday morning with a new one for us and swapped it out. Not only did he arrive on time both days (hard to find these days!), but he even took on the repair knowing our water heater was in a super tight spot. He was efficient, had great communication, and cleaned up after himself beautifully. Real stand up guy and made this whole process a breeze for us. I would 100% recommend him to others.
