"Very bad company, terrible service. They installed the system during summer, doing some holes in the ceiling to add a duct. They told me that they will send someone to fix the ceiling, and after 8 months, I'm still waiting for them to fix it. I called them several times and they always said the same, but no one ever came. In winter the heater was not working, after several calls, they finally sent someone. The issue was that they did not connect the gas. Then, the system stopped working and they had to change something. Also, when it was raining, all the house outlets just stopped working for a few days, we could not find the reason, until December. When we were placing the Christmas lights, we saw a hole in the roof that they made when they did the intallation, but they never fixed. The hole was exactly above the breaker box, causing it to get wet and cut off the electricity. I called them with each issue. But they never helped me. I had to pay to fix everything. I DO NOT recommend them at all."
