"This was my first time using this business to repair my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Went in originally to have A/C diagnosed, which was done quickly. Unfortunately my problem was systemic of other issues I was not aware of prior to Auto Clinics technicians identifying some major issues that certainly could have been catastrophic if left not repaired. We decided to save some money by doing the job ourselves but oh boy we encountered a big, big problem we broke part of the frame when removing the old alternator.
