"The service representative and manager were extremely helpful and communicated with me once my parts arrived. I went to the shop and it was as simple and a smooth transition. I would however recommend you bring a book or something to stay occupied if you wait in your car for 2 hours. Trust me the wait goes by quickly if you have something to do. All around very easy process, not a long wait, and helpful service with respectful individuals."

"Better communication with the process. PS5 was at the location for about 2 weeks and it wasn't until we called that we were told by the tech working our device that he gave up on it and that they have other consoles and phones they need to attend to. Update - Also called location as the PS5 I received back had the security sticker fully attached and the one I dropped off did not have it attached anymore. Location said they'd call me back after speaking to the tech and no call back was received. Image is of the one I received and you can see where only half was removed...mine had it fully removed. So not sure what was done or what I was given back. Serial number matches on the bottom part of the ps5 but not sure about the internal parts."

"I went through Google (where I bought my Pixel 7 Pro) and they sent me here. I could have done the repair myself but I didn't want to wait for the screen to ship and since I wanted a genuine Google screen, it was going to be pricey either way. As you can see by the photos, it's a seamless repair. No gaps on the sides, no misalignment, no dead spots on the screen, no bright spots from something pressing on the LCD under it. It's a super clean repair. I've seen this same model repaired at a different place and they've had to do it 4 times now from faulty, non-Google screens, and/or techs that don't really know how to do this repair efficiently. I'm happy with the results but, hopefully, I don't have to use their service again. The guy who helped me was courteous, professional, and did the whole thing, start to finish, in less than a half hour. I highly recommend this place if you end up with a damaged phone."
