"Took car for service. I specifically asked for Honda parts in my car. Willie Ray Garcia decided on his own to order an Autozone part. Two weeks later had to order another piece separately while the original Honda part would’ve come with it. Again asked for Honda part and he confirmed 4 times he ordered the Honda part. And he didn’t. He later said I never asked for Honda part when I have an audio recording of him confirming in my face he ordered the Honda part. They’ll lie in your face and use parts from who knows where. I took my car out of there after this dishonesty, and rip off. Disgusting service. DONT trust. He tries to talk so fast to BS you."

"I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone in a mild and cheerfuy way. Bianca was kind on the phone and understood what I needed. When hetting to service center, she greeted me with the same enthusiasm. Mind you, I drove from the far east side of town because I hate to go to El Paso Honda. I will go back to service my CRV. I'm not bothering with the other dealer."
