"Came to simply drop off some oil and the guy working at the bay tells me to go sign in which I already did. Tells me okay 20min and proceeds to ignore me while trying to figure out how to open a car door. Terrible customer service. Doesn’t even take 5 min to dump the oil and I brought it in an easy container. Would not recommend this place."
"It's either understaffed or poorly staffed. My old Walmart Auto in Las Cruces always had my oil change done in 20 minutes. I've been here 3 times now and turned away because "we have too many cars sorry." Don't even try with this Walmart, wasted my time 3 times already with a no apologies."
"Really bad service! Was told to wait even though I was the first car there. Waited for over 50 minutes. And then was told that they couldn’t work on my car because they couldn’t reach the dipstick from where they were standing. They sent the shortest guy out to check for the dipstick. I’m 5 feet tall, and this guy was shorter than me. They could have told me that in the beginning, and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere."
"Utter mess. Ordered tires. Said they came in. Then said the order was cancelled and would be refunded in 10 days. Then was notified by phone call the tires *were* in the store; scheduled appointment for 3pm. Arrive at the store, no one in the car bay outside. No one at checkout inside. They call and call employees, finally 30 mins later some dude shows up. Then I ask if my tires are there, they confirm…and 5 mins later I get a notification that a refund has been processed. Sure wasted a lot of time. At least no $. Never again for car things! What a mess. I can only imagine what they would have done to my car!"
