Mike the will try to sale you on the amazing work they do (as expected) but he will also offer to charge you one price and charge the insurance company a different price and give you the difference. Or you can pay the “discounted rate” in full. The catch is when it’s time to give you the money he says that the insurance company did not subtract labor fees and that he needs to take the labor fees out as well as taxes on that money therefore he’s only giving you pennies to dollars. Now a year and a half later the paint is chipping and he says the paint job has no warranty and he wants to charge for the supplies but “not the labor” and the only way they guarantee there work is if the person pays full price."
