"If Google offered 0 stars, I would give this experience that!! My 94 year old dad had a plumbing emergency. I called around looking for a 24 hour plumbing. I saw the reviews so I decided to try Theodore and Sons. An “answering service” answered the phone and I told the man who answered it was an emergency being that it says in their website 24 hours! He transfers me to an answering machine giving me their hours. I called back and the “customer representative “ answered again. I told him he transferred me to an answering machine and he just said, “that means no one is available “ and hung up on me!! Sour excuse for customer service. That’s cool if you’re available 8-5, but don’t advertise that you serve 24 hours and leave a sorry “answering service” representing your company! Thanks for nothing! Good customer service is a thing of the past, and this company definitely confirmed!! This message is for the “answering service”, if you’re not happy doing what you do, learn a trade, go to school and find something you are good at! Customer service is NOT your calling, just don’t just brush off real emergencies!!!"
