"We just had our brand new subzero fridge delivered a couple of days ago!! It was installed here in las cruces, but had major issues! It was not installed properly by the las cruces team. The door was sagging, the fridge was not cooling properly. Anyway we were sent Edward from the El Paso team, and he did an amazing job!! He diagnosed the problem accurately immediately and fixed it all! No more door sagging. The door closes perfectly. And he also fixed the cooling, and the fridge is cooling properly! It was such a pleasure having Edward fixing our fridge!! We were so stressed out not knowing why our so expensive fridge was not working properly! He is so knowledgeable! My goodness! "Where do I begin! Incompetent technicians that do more damage than they repair, managers that lie and avoid accountability for problems, unkept promises. That pretty much sums up my experience with these folks. We bought a new home in Las Cruces and DSC was the designated service center to perform warranty work on LG appliances sold to our home builder by Builders Source appliances. The technician was at our house 5x addressing circuit board problems with our oven and 2x for the inside light in our microwave. He installed the wrong circuit board the first time and kept coming back to reinstall new boards that continued to fail. He dented our oven door while working on the microwave and then denied it. The light in the microwave has failed for the 3rd time and the manager who promised an extended service warranty for another year to compensate for the oven damage won't take or return phone calls. From what I have seen and experienced the last year, I wouldn't allow these people to work on a Barbie appliance! If you are a new homeowner and require appliance warranty work, do yourself a big favor and avoid Dalton Service Center for repairs!"
