"Went to pickup on a Saturday at 3:20..my receipt states closing time til 5pm. She was just standing there and would not give me my clothes for an event that evening ! Terrible service"

"If I could give this place a lower score I would. I picked up my white pants and jacket a week after I dropped it off. They were new prior to dropping it off. A few days later I took my clothes out of the plastic and discovered my white jacket and pants had a dingy grayish tint, as if they cleaned with something else that dyed it. When I took it back the store manager told me because she didn’t know what it looked like prior to me dropping it off the only thing she could do was run it back through again. I should of learned my lesson after I brought my comforter to them and received it back with a sarcastic note attached stating “ next time bring back free of pet hair”. I’m sorry I have a cat and a dog nothing will be free of pet hair. I thought I would give them another shot of professionalism by bringing back my items. Lessons learned, they will never get my business again!"

"I dropped off 5 items. Specifically said no creases in the pants- it was written on the ticket. They still put creases in the pants. This isn't the first time. They have written I the tags of my clothing. And now they have lost my expensive silk blouse. Instead of taking appropriate measures for reimbursement, they keep telling me they will keep looking. Also when I dropped off my items I was told I could pick them up the next day. When I went to pick them up I was told there was an issue with the boiler. My clothes with weren't ready until a week after they told me they would be. No apology or anything. Will not go back! Avoid the headache."
