"At 40 minutes till close, I was told by the pharmacist that I have to wait 30 minutes for my prescription because THEY hadn't listened to their voicemails yet and he had to take a break. He had to take a break with only 40 minutes left to the shift. And this was after the first lady was rude when I asked if they had my prescription and she told me they had voicemails but I would have to wait 30 minutes expecting me to walk away at that point when I didn't even know if they had received the call for mine. I was thoroughly disgusted. As convenient as this pharmacy is, I may be switching because wow."
