Costco Wholesale

"Twice in two weeks I have had issues with bad food. First I purchased a rotisserie chicken and when I opened it the same day purchased, it was rotten inside. Second within a week of purchasing cheddar cheese (expiration date 5/24) it was moldy inside. When I went to return they said I should’ve called. I guess they don’t understand 1) safety issues 2) the inconvenience of purchasing and having to sit on the phone for refunds 3) not to mention having to make a separate trip to find dinner at the last min or find the product elsewhere. Twice in two weeks putting my family at risk is a quality control issue with either supplier or store. Do better costco… lest we all end up in the hospital."

"Today I went shopping to my usual Costco with my friend and I. We both share a cart but both of us have separate memberships. Today while processing our transactions with the cashier we were told that we couldn't do more then 2 transactions. I went back today to see if there was a policy for that, but no where clearly stating this. This is the closest Costco to me but I willing to go to another If I'm going to be treated this way. My friend that was with me owns a business so she had to 2 transactions and I did transaction. The cashier then asked for someone that was by the register to repeat the transaction policy to us. Can someone please explain the correct policy to us or their own employees."

"Decent Costco. Has many things but not many samples. Good Squishmallow. Bad environment. Crowded but not Costco’s fault. The singular meatball sample was scrumptious"

"The employees seem so miserable and they pass that misery on the customers. From the moment you walk in the gate guardians look at you crazy. Any employee you ask for help throughout the store act like you just asked them for a kidney donation. The cashiers act like they don't want to be there too worried about talking to other staff members instead of paying attention to their job. The assistants throw your items back in the cart like they are throwing baseballs, hot items with cold items, raw foods on top of ready to eat foods, heavy items on top of delicate items like eggs and bread not sure why those employees are even there. Finally the receipt checkers are actually not that bad considering a monkey or AI could do their job and get paid in bananas instead of the 20+/hr they are probably getting paid. If you don't like working there then quit don't take it out on the customers"
