"Excellent customer service, staff is friendly & helpful"
"I have always received my prescriptions on time at this walgreens."
"The staff is super friendly and very helpful. My medicine is always ready."
"I had to have my infants prescribed Tylenol picked up as she was home burning up with 105 fever and only Ibuprofen on hand so anyone with kids knows with temps that high you need to give the kid both. Covid, RSV and Influenza have the shelves wiped out so finding Tylenol is difficult so it was prescribed by the pediatrician so maybe it can filled and I can get something to help relieve the high fever plus its covered by insurance. The BLONDE young lady behind the counter pointed to aisle 13 and told my Childs father its an over the counter medication and rolled her eyes and I saw her do it while we were on FaceTime. Me being the person I am I wanted to talk to her IMMEDIATELY and him being passive aggressive just walked to an empty aisle 13 that had just Motrin so naturally after 3 days battling fever and a sick baby I want answers. I called and the young lady Emily I believe she said her name was had the audacity to try and speak over me but she had the right one, she had been rude before when I was having issues filling a rosacea medication and had just changed insurance and I had to spend 4 days going back and forth and eventually called corporate since she was useless and I let that slide. I asked her was the prescription sent, yes or no. She said Yes. I said great now do you or do you not have the required materials and supplied to MAKE the solution, yes or no. She said no. I said GREAT! So then you say that, Sir, I dont have the materials or resources to make this prescription HOWEVER it is an over the counter medication you SHOULD be able to find in aisle 13 and if it isn't there we can see if there is ANOTHER pharmacy it can be transferred to and they can make it for you, rather than pointing to someone like an a$$hol3 having no customer service training, sympathy or professional behavior cause I can assure you I can give you the opportunity to try and talk to me like that when you clock out but it won't work out well. She was quiet, listened and I hope she took into consideration the advice. People need the pharmacy and their medication whether it is an antiemetic for a child, insulin, hypertensive medication, blood thinners, its all essential and regardless if it is over the counter or not the staff in any pharmacy is a face of healthcare and people are seen at their worst with sickness, fear, fatigue and they deserve compassion and an explanation and patience goes a long way for people. Trying to explain and be clear and kind makes a difference and yes I know some people suck and are ignorant and rude even when you try to be at your best providing care but this wasn't one of those times. I have never had any other issues with any of the other pharmacy staff they have always been kind and I know they are very busy and I am sure get overwhelmed but that sh1t was uncalled for with her that night."
"This is the most racist Walgreens I have ever been to. I visited this location to download cash on my cash app. The cashier BRANDON was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t want to service me because I was black. He lied in my face and told me that this location doesn’t download cash for cash app. This is discrimination I know what he was trying to do run all black people out the store."
