"Brought a prescription in to be filled never got a call back and was placed on hold then the phone hung up I’ll never use them again"

"It's ridiculous how long they make you wait in line. I scheduled a covid test appointment for 10am. I arrived in the drive-thru line at 9:47am for good measure. We didn't get serviced until 10:54!!! What was the point in me making an appointment?????? A covid test takes like 10 seconds at other Walgreens. I don't know if it's the manager's imcompentency or if the pharmacy techs just was untrained. Regardless, no one should come to this ghetto place."

"This Walgreens does not care about the customers. I ordered a picture online using a code for a free picture from a friend. I received an email saying my picture was ready on February 5. It was not ready because the machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. The young lady i spoke to in the store apologized. So on Thursday February 6 I received another email saying my picture was ready. So I go to the Walgreens today to pick it up and the manager gives me my husband's two pictures but, not mine. She tells me mine was cancelled. I didn't cancel it and then she looks in the computer and sees where I ordered it online. And then I told her i got 2 emails about it being in. She never apologized. All she said was put the order in again and then she would see what she could do about, me getting the discount. She didn't seem like she cared or was considerate about my problem. I won't be back to Walgreens again."

"This Walgreens has become the worst since the older pharmacist left. Service is really bad. My son was given the wrong dosage of medication because the pharmacist said they didn't have his prescription dosage available. My son had been on a higher dose of his medicine, because the old dosage was too much. We took it back and told them this was the wrong dosage. Had to wait days before he got the right one. To make matters worse, it happened the next time! They kept saying that they didn't have it in stock, and that they had to order it from the warehouse. It became my responsibility to call other Walgreens to find out if they had it in stock. It took over a week to get it after I had called the Corporate Office. Currently, I am waiting on a different prescription to be filled from a week ago. If something is not done soon, they may end up killing someone. If I change locations I'm going to have to go all the way over to Pulaski. "OUR COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER"!"

"Have to wait a half an hour before you can even turn in a paper prescription. I'm pretty sure Walgreens corporate has paid to have bad reviews removed. This place is constantly slow, and then they don't fill your prescription and will make you wait another hour to get it upon pickup. Awful pharmacy."
