"Lord how I wish a zero star review was a thing. Walgreens, please for the love of all that is sacred get your pharmacy together. Wait times horrific. Staff is the worst of the worst. Some of us need medications to live and be well. You all over there are playing with more than people’s time and money. Prescriptions are mad expensive, I don’t need mine served with a side of attitude and rude behavior. The best part is when we the customer have to run around calling insurance co and doctors doing your job. Hi five. Hi five might be time for a change update 2/12/24 called 5 times to refill my meds after my online refill was canceled due to technical issues? No notice seriously. Pharmacy never picked up. Anna the apparent manager gave me the worst run around. Horrible customer service. Terrible service"

"I looked at the yelp score before I came here saw 2.2, I should have known better. Pharmacy staff if someone is standing in front of the consultation counter, after 10 minutes. I would say how can I help you, someone will be right with you. This was not done. I strongly discourage anyone to come to this store for the Pharmacy department!!"

"This is the worst pharmacy in all of Chicago and probably in the world!!! I came twice and they couldn't fill my prescription either time!!! Once because they didn't have the medication and didn't tell me, and the other because they couldn't get a hold of the doctor who said that nobody had called him!!! The customer service is very slow and there's no guarantee you'll get your medication!!! If you're feeling unwell, find another pharmacy!!!"
