"I don’t know why is always the same when you go pick up the medicine I always have to wait like an hour in line or drive thru when is two people understand but it be like 3 or 4 people and the just stay there talking together and that’s not right it be a long line when I go and I have spend an hour just standing there and there wasting time I like that Walgreens but the service at the pharmacy is bad they have to do something."

"Always short on staff! You wait for about an hour just to pick up your medicine drive thru is the same problem! More than 20 people in line just for two pharmacists to help out unbelievable! That problem is on a daily basis! Hire more staff and everything will be fixed aren’t you already getting a profit from us customers/ patients filling up our medicine at your pharmacy??? If this problem isn’t solved I will definitely change to a different pharmacy NOT Walgreens !"

"I ordered 4 medications on Sunday April 9th, this past Easter Sunday to be exact. The lady who took my order said that my medications would be ready in about 2 hours. Today Tuesday April 11th, my wife goes to pick up my medications and they gave her 2 out of 4. I called the pharmacy, this time it was a guy who attended my call, he said that my other two medications were never even processed and that they would be ready in about an hour. All this hassle after I ordered them online through the Walgreens app! This is Really frustrating, this back and forth every time I need my refills processed! Get it together people before you cost someone their life.!"
