"DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE!!! I have been going to this practice for 7 years. In the last year, they switched systems and to say its a disaster is putting it lightly. Expect NO returned calls, providers late to EVERY appointment, and a general lack of caring by most of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere that actually cares about their patients."

"Ashley is absolutely phenomenal at her job. She has incredibly insightful advice, and she really takes the time to find a treatment plan that works for you. She always promptly responds to any messages that I send and she has been so helpful with insurance approval. I wish I could give 6/5 stars!!"

"I went here for almost 5 years and felt completely abandoned as a patient after their "system change" I could not get on touch with anyone to fill my prescription after they just stopped responding to refill requests. I called the office over and over but all you can do is leave a voicemail, but don't even bother with that because they will never call you back. This is very dangerous for anyone who is struggling with mental health already and I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone looking for help because you will not find it here."

"I've seen Jessica Hernandez (the practice owner) for several years and have found her to be very professional, thoughtful, and evidence based in her care, so much so that I've recommended the practice to several friends. My friends have all reported that they've also had great experiences there with other providers like April Solheim, Katherine Churchill and Ashley Nottebart. The practice uses the Spruce app for messaging providers/refills etc which is very convenient. Also, importantly, THEY ARE IN NETWORK FOR MANY INSURANCE PLANS!!! I've found it very difficult in the past to find an in-network provider so just having a $15 co-pay for each visit is very refreshing. I was surprised that the practice only has 3 stars in Google reviews but when I read a bit more I saw that most of the issues were with the front desk staff/office manager. I'd done almost all telemedicine visits so hadn't interacted with them but when I went for an in-person visit recently Jessica told me that they had just hired a new office manager who is excellent so I'm hopeful those issues are now resolved."
