"So far I haven't had to start a particular psych med but my current treatments by Dr. Maxwell have been great. She is the first paych doc I've ever seen that takes the time to talk to me. She didn't see me for 40 seconds and say 5 diagnosis. I feel she has been helpful in my mental health journey. There had been a slight communication issue since covid but thats expected. Before covid I had zero problems getting an appt or with someone answering the phone."

"She was a dr for my grandmother. She changed and cancelled numerous apptmts. Had her see other persons. Not sure they were even drs?? My grandmother was a long time patient. Changed her meds on a whim. Now she is not on anything and has had and still having problems. But that’s no concern of the drs. Please be careful about seeing her. It’s positive she does not care"

"I just moved to the area, and called the office to see if the dr would refill my prescription. No one answered so I left a voice mail. They called me back and lwft a voicemail that she would refill my prescription but didn't have any availability, however her nurse practitioner was available. So I called back again, no answer, left a message asking to make an appointment with the nurse practitioner. 24 hours later and no call back. I figure since there's such a communication problem that I'll just drive up the road to make an appointment. At 10 am on a Thursday the front door is locked and the receptionist blatantly ignored me standing there. As I'm standing outside the door, I call the office and watch as the receptionist ignores the phone. I'll find somewhere else. Long story short, don't bother wasting you time."
