"CVS corporate consistently fails this location. I have never had a bad experience with an individual employee however they are so pathetically understaffed that their level of service is completely unacceptable. Whoever is the regional manager for this location should be fired."

"On July 20th . I went for covid test , the pharmacist called and told me my result and I asked her for a copy of my result. I need for work it’s Monday no result in my chart cvs. I called the pharmacy department and they couldn’t pull it up. It took me a long time to get a live person. Now I have call back again go through mess at 3:30pm. To talk to the pharmacist.horrible customer service."

"Most convenient location. Over the years have had really great service. They call if there is an issue with changes in my insurance, work with all my kids and are quick to fill or refill prescriptions. Jon & his staff are top notch."

"Did not.. .fully fill ...my Rx ...told to return to complete the order....but while paid in full.....they .did not provide Rx as promised..(Don t computers keep this info?).... I again paid to fill Rx .....at another company..... ..Awful. CVS/Caremark... and .....Target does not help.....though their name is on the door......it is not their problem.......CVS/ CAREMARK unreliable, frightening, irresponsible....company ...MANY mistakes.....often...."

"We had such a bad experience with Walgreens Pharmasist Joe on Randal road after an ER visit. After he refused to help us because we got there 15 minutes before midnight (closing). Nightmare and was sent to another Walgreens that was closed. After being directed to yet another Walgreens we made the decision to not go to Walgreens ever again. We chose this CVS and were amazed at the excellent and lighting fast customer service we received. We were in and out in five minutes. I am so sad I didn’t get the Pharmasist name but she was amazing. This is my new Pharmacy of choice"
