"The staff and selection are top notch in my opinion. The trainer however was beyond rude. I didn't acknowledge or say a word to the parent or dog when she snapped and said "excuse us we're training" to which I replied "thats fine my dog needs the food out of this aisle". After grabbing my brand and heading out she was seen verbally berating the dog for pulling on the leash. Last i checked trainers are supposed to show dogs the correct way and reinforce the positive. What an absolute joke it was."
