"Terrible service! I picked up my child early from school today because the appointment which scheduled since 2 months ago but it got cancelled without noticing! It just wasted our time! Especially it’s on a school day!"

"Dr. Nina L. Alfieri Is the best pediatrician to my both of my daughters. For example we are an African American family I had my reservations on immunization/vaccinating my second daughter. She took the time to send me research and statistics to help me make my decision. Often doctors in the field won’t care enough. She took that extra step for me and my family. Which makes her the best in my eyes. That was a big decision and I’m very happy she helped me make the right choice for my child. Now I have 3yr old that’s thriving and very intelligent and must say she’s the smartest. I hope the review reaches families if you’re struggling with some of the things I dealt with or if you’re looking for a pediatrician shes the best. -Kayla J"

"Took my son to see Dr. Meghan O'Neill a Developmental Pediatrician and had no idea that the visit included a Speech and Occupational therapist evaluation because they don't tell you this when they schedule the appointments. I had NO MORE INSIGHT after I left the appointment about my sons medical issue than had when I arrived. Not sure if Dr. McNeill is a new doctor or not but she's definitely NOT a good one. This doctor and the therapists sent an RIDUCULOUSLY OVER PRICED CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY for $2226.00 for this visit. I called the insurance company and found out they charged our BCBS Insurance the MAXIMUM ALLOWED UNDER THE CONTRACT. I will NEVER recommend this Lurie Children's facility in Uptown or doctor to ANYONE.......INCOMPETENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE PROVIDERS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FAMILIES AND THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES!"

"Dr. Raghupatruni is fantastic. She's extremely thoughtful and patient. Our 3-month old son was having silent reflux and we had been to Children's healthcare associates and they did not take us seriously. We were having major feeding and aversion issues because of GERD. We finally made the shift to see Dr. Raghu and she was a life saver. She moved quickly. Got us admitted to the hospital and got him the treatment he needed. She continually checks in on us and goes beyond her call of duty. Thank you for being there for us Dr. Raghu."
