Ant's Maintenance

"Totally disappointed in this business and it’s executive team. I called to ask for an estimate on the installation of a garage door and some handyman type of work. The owner came out and looked at the pending repairs before informing me that he would return. Grant it, I’m a single woman with a small house and maybe dollar signs was not what was visualized at my home. Regardless, I’m still a potential and viable customer in need of assistance…paid…not free! I’m not asking for any work to be done free of charge. I am employed with a full-time and part-time job AND I have my own business. I NEVER ask for handouts. I just need help and I’m willing to pay your fee based on estimated invoice amount. I’m so tired of being treated like I’m “less than” because I’m a single woman. This is unacceptable and these business owners need to do and be BETTER!!!!!"

"I wouldn’t use them again . Work was ok but there were things left undone and things that were half done . Also despite the amount of money I paid for their services , I was left feeling like my business with them wasn’t appreciated. I constantly had to preach to Nick about how important communication was as he seemed to not know what it is . There were a lot of broken promises as well . Till this day there were things that were to be done and I’ve called and left messages and have yet to hear back ( these said things were suppose to be done months ago ) . At this point I’m done with them and won’t worry about any unfinished work because I don’t want to deal with the frustration. To be fair I will say that perhaps they took on too much as a small company ( I’m sure business was booming due to the devastations of Harvey ) which is why I tried my best to work with them and be patient but some of the things I dealt with were simply unprofessional and I wouldn’t use them again and probably wouldn’t recommend using them unless you’re ok with begging someone to do the job you paid them to do ."

"I would recommend Amy's Maintenance to anyone who wants dedication on the job and a good work ethic. The work they did for me is excellent and I am well pleased. I have already told others of these professional young men. Thank you for a job well done."
