"Less than satisfied. I took my F-150 there because it was making a loud fan noise, like it was overheating even though it wasn't. I told them that it was a sensor, a known issue with that model truck. They replaced all the hoses, that did not need replacing, and never fixed the issue. Step one in troubleshooting is to listen to what the customer has to say!! Will never use them again!!"

"On February 17th, I made an appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment at 7 am and went there at 7 am. It started well. Service Advisor Felipe at the desk explained no oil filter have to wait for coming and I understood. After 2 hours, he told that the filter had arrived incorrectly and I had to wait again. After 4 hours, I asked how much longer I had to wait, and he said had replaced the filter and just had to fill it with oil. I asked if I could see my old filter while lowering the lifter, Felipe, ordered to technicians raised the lifter again, removed the filter out, and he took the old filter and drove his car to get the new filter. And after about 15 minutes, he replaced the filter and the job was done right away. It took a total of 4 and a half hours. And if I didn't ask to see old filter, he tried to put old filter in."

"I've never been to a place that it takes 4 hours to change tires. It's an experience I will not be repeating. Update: not even a month later, I had to return because a front tire blew out. I've been here 3 hours for one tire replacement. I recommend everyone avoid this place unless they have a whole day to waste."

I needed new brakes, they were able to take care of everything and did an amazing and thorough job. I am very pleased and the price was reasonable for all that I needed done. Shout Out To The Team!"

"Always very attentive and helpful. As I was pulling out of the parking spot my car started making the noise (the did not hear it during the test drive). I asked one of their mechanics to ride with me so he can hear it and he did. I wished the test drive should have been a bit longer to make sure they heard the noise."
