"Brought my company vehicle in for required services at about 10:30am. Standard maintenance required... oil change and bumper to bumper inspections. I also asked to have the tow light connection checked as it is not operating at all. Total time for everything was about 3 hours.... now that may sound like a long wait. Keep in mind I didn't make an appointment, it was very busy from the time I arrived until I left, the amount of work being done to my vehicle (along with every other bay filled with a vehicle and the work being done to them) and they found and took care of other issues with my truck during the inspection. Three hours is not a very long time to wait for this amount of work. My suggestion to anyone is simply Google how long or how many hours it takes to do whatever it is that your looking to have done on your vehicle and then add a wait time to that because your not the only customer... If your in a hurry drop it off or use a 15 min oil change place. The staff was very friendly, courtesy was very forthright on all levels and I never once had to ask what the status of my vehicle was because the staff kept me well informed step by step. Long story short this is an exceptional location that does great work safely, engaging with customers and keeping the information flowing. In today's world its not at all hard to simply drop off a vehicle if life does not afford the ability to wait. Very happy with my visit. I will be back for all reaming scheduled visits."
