"Their customer service is horrible. Do not spend money for a company who cannot communicate internally. I asked them to come for an estimate to rebuild our garage. For all fairness they arranged somebody for the same morning. I asked the lady I talked to not to ring the bell before 10:00 AM since my wife had a very critical meeting. They said OK. Then I called again and asked for a couple of minutes of flexibility. She said OK. Their guy was at our door at 9:30 AM, and did not even know about 10:00 AM appointment. When I called back and asked for a supervisor to provide feedback, the same lady picked up the phone and said “our people are not allowed to check their phones while driving…you do not have to work with us” and at that point, I said that is OK, I do not want to work with you now. Their guy was still there when I first set up the 10:00 AM meeting, and he claimed that he did not even know about a 10:00 AM meeting time."
