"The owner of Ace Handyman Service - Cypress, Greg, actually came and changed a toilet seat for me. He was on time and pleasant. He even carried off the old seat to dispose of in his dumpster and carried my empty trash can (it was trash day) up to my garage. Very nice man. Did a great job.
