"If they don’t know exactly how to fix the issue be prepared to pay. Had a rounded lug nut cover and they charged me over $500 for 3+ hrs of work to remove a chrome lug nut cover. This should have been a 1-1.5 hours max job to take a flat tire with a stuck lug off and put on the spare (which had no issues). Needless to say I will not be returning. Update: They make it seem like they care with the comment below but it’s just to save face. They never respond to the below email."
