"I should have listened to the reviews that told me to run away. I came for a tire repair and it’s been 3.5 hours and they haven’t started yet. You’d think it’s busy but there were only two cars ahead of me. Slow doesn’t even begin to describe the process here. 0 techs in the past two hours."
"Oil stains left on leather in QX80 and surface of car door and hood. Very nice oil foot print left on driver side carpet. When I asked the technician about it he grabbed a oily rag and some spray, while spewing profanities, and then made the stains worse. I used Walmart due to my kids practice being close after work, first and last time this will happen."
"The "techs" at this location are the slowest and laziest "techs" I have ever seen. I was the 1st customer here today and it has been over 2 hours for a rotate, balance, and oil change, and they are not done yet. The guys were walking around talking to each other and not working. Maurico was great but the guys have no respect for him and just talked back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND WAITING FOR IT....DROP IT OFF IF YOU HAVE TO. Weak "techs" that need hustle, because they have none!"
"I have no idea who I spoke with on the phone but they said they had my battery in stock and that they were able to install it. I came to the store and to my surprise there wasn't an autoshop at this Walmart. I don't know if they closed it early or something but when I drove around the store there was only pickup for online groceries at this Walmart no automotive shop... I drove further to this Walmart to avoid the ghetto Walmart that's on Walter's road just to be disappointed (even though I called the "autoshop" before driving out to this Walmart"
