I had a leveling kit and new tires installed, both Chad and Andy were incredibly helpful and gave great advice! Doing business with these guys is just like hitting the easy button. I could not understand why you would do business with a chain, when you have a fantastic locally owned business like Tire & Wheel Connection."

"Found a crack in the rim of my Mercedes’ E63 Amg …” refurbished “ rims online $1200! Andy told me they could weld my rim and turn it around in 24 hours. No lie they did it…. Added bonus , that included a total refurbishment .. curb rash is gone and perfect repaint. Guys that did the work are amazing! Also, I showed a bit early and Andy stepped up got his hands dirty and remounted and balanced my tire. Will do business there again and totally recommend!"

The gentlemen that installed the tires was professional and went above and beyond to look at another problem I was having. "Not satisfied with the service one more! I took a pair of wheels that I had just purchased, used but in good condition. One had some paint pealing, the others 3 were in great condition. Went to get my tires off my vehicle switched over to the wheels I had just purchased. Evening went well! Until got home and inspected the wheels. All four wheels now had paint chipped and scratches all over from the service done. I Called back and spoke to “Sean” the sell’s person, he ask me to go back. I went back and he said. “ he had noticed the paint chipping when they were mounting the tires”, but never mentioned it to me when I was the. Also said that my coating on the wheels was not original and was not done well. They said they would fix the damage but had to leave the car there for the rest of day. Took the wheels off in my garage the next morning and took them back to get fixed. Called back an hour or so before they closed, to see if they were ready to be picked up. The had been ready but they never called me. Got there and inspected the wheels and they had just been touched up pretty bad. One even had just been touched up with sharply (wheels were black). Very disappointed with the sirve and upset with the professionalism they showed!!!"
