"I hired Oasis Appliance Repair for dyer vent cleaning for my front load machine. Since I have never had this service before, and i live in a brand new house, i knew the inside of the machine needed to be cleaned. However, when Kyle got here he explained that thier service is only to clean from the machine to the outside for $199.00. There is additional service charge of $79 to take apart & clean the inside of the machine. I of course agreed because it had to done, but I definitely didn't appreciate the lack of clarity of the service on the website. Great service: on time, Kyle was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Kyle was in and out in less than an hour."
