"The office manager Nikita, is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the hallways are terrible they smell like urine in building C. The cleaning crew doesn’t do anything, besides pour bleach down the drain and throw Lysol around. They showed me the apartments in building A to get me to move in. And moved me in building C which is terrible. Told me to stay there for 6 months and i can move out!! That never happened…. Now back to the office manager, who talks to you like your beneath her, curses and yells during conversations. If you have more time look for somewhere to move!!"

"Yes. I had a very bad experience. I drove up to grab an application and the lady at the very first desk was extremely rude. I was denied for having a fraud alert on my credit, which doesn’t make sense. My credit literally said to call and confirm before opening something new in credit. When I called to get a better understanding, the lady spoke very loudly at me as if I couldn’t understand English. I was just really confused as to why this lady was so rude to me. It made me feel like they just wanted my money and never intended to rent to me. She couldn’t even show me any apartments, which made me think they don’t have any available to begin with. I gave them my money and everything. $50 application fee. It’s crazy. Anyway, the whole experience was so terrible, I decided to not move in that area at all. Actually found me a place nicer than this place and management is nice. Very bad experience."

"Customer service is terrible. I called trying just trying to get some help cause I was confused about the application and the lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude, short tempered, and she even raised her voice. Also, now they are now refusing to even answer my calls. I gave them my $25 for the application and now no one will talk to me. It just really disheartening, especially during such a hard time.it be your own ppl"

"The new property manager that is there now is very professional, she made the paperwork process and everything else a breeze. The units that I have seen since she have been in office has been in good condition. I haven’t had any problems #YOU GO GIRL #TEAM CHI"
