"This hotel is excellent. The rooms I've stayed in were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was in perfect condition, the toilet worked in every room, and the beds were more than to be desireable. The price was very affordable and the staff is professional not to mention very accommodating. I have no complaints about this place and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country. I plan on staying here for the duration while in this state. I give The Best Inn and Suites Hotel a Complete 5 Star Rating. Ms. Corelene the GM is kind, patient, and very easy to speak with. The young lady who works second shift is also very pleasant to deal with. They both always have a smile on their faces when greeting you. The housekeeper Mary Lynn is also very efficient and nice. No matter what is asked of her she alway responds very politely. I would and have recommended this place to my friends and family. Thank you staff for all you do and are doing..."

"Was alright, breakfast was alright, beds were comfy, it was clean but not super clean, shampoo and a lil bar of hand soap were provided as well as towels and rags, shower is either super hot or super cold, even micro movements couldn't get an In-between. Because of how the shower curtain rod was shaped it left huge gabs not covered by the curtain so water was able to escape. Bathroom didn't shut properly. We were in room 213, maybe the other rooms are better?"

"I’m not understanding the bad reviews of this hotel. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. I’m not a smoker so the clean smell was refreshing. For the price it’s definitely worth the stay."

"DO NOT book this place. The worst place we've ever stayed. The Wifi doesn't work, it's so weak the phone have to switch to mobile data, we book two rooms and the internet doesn't work in either of them. Hair dryer doesn't either, my friends were trying to use theirs it doesn't work, I try the one in my room it worked for about 30s and shut off and never turn back on. Their toilet don't flush well and was plugged at some point. When we told the staff, they gave us a toilet plunger to unclog the toilet ourselve. The beds are in very bad shape, it looks like all the strings in the mattress are broken. The staff is ok, the main hallway looks nice but the rooms are horrible. If you have to stay here, at least avoid rooms 228 and 230."

"TL;DR Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Run down hotel without any amenities. Wifi: Bad connection Breakfast: non-existent, very small and pitiful offering Beds: Uncomfortable, small pillows, stained mattress, (I'm genuinely worried about bed bugs after staying here) TV: small, not smart so can't stream Rooms: small, crowded, even for just my wife and myself Fridge: Moldy, not turned on upon arrival wouldn't trust to put my food in there Workout room: There was only a treadmill and two aerobics machines, AND THE TREADMILL WAS OUT OF ORDER."
