Quality Inn Monee, IL 5815 West Monee Manhattan Road South Suburbs, Monee, IL 60449

"I booked a room for 2 nights. Location was great for what my family had planned. The lobby looked clean so I had high hopes. The room was dated and dirty (floors not vacuumed, bathroom not cleaned) and it smelled weird. There was only 1 towel in the room and when we asked for more, they gave us 2 (we had more than 3 people in the room and they knew that). The pool was cold and they had all the windows open (mind you it is 36 degrees and snowing outside) so that didn't help at all with temp. Breakfast wasn't too bad. There was cereal, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, bread, waffle and yogurt. Also had coffee, milk and apple juice. This is definitely the worse Quality Inn I have stayed at. I wasn't impressed with the room at all. Oh, and I can't be for sure, but I woke up very itchy both nights with big bites. I don't know for sure, but I am praying it wasn't bed bugs."

"Mattress was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was all bread products, silverware absent, rooms noisy, unable to use pool even though we were told it was available prior to arrival. Were promised a discount due to the pool but that wasnt immediately placed on the bill. So charged total amount. Smelled of Marijuana. It is clean."

"One of the dirtier hotels I've stayed at and i stay at a lot of hotels. AC did not work. Fridge was hot because it wasn't plugged in. No one had lifted the cushion in the chair to clean it. Behind tv stand was FILTHY toilet wasn't working but i fixed it... your welcome."

"Room was clean, updated . Beds were soft. Due to the previous comments I was a little skeptical but I'm very happy with the room we got and everything else. Maybe they're working on improving things."
