"If you are an agent bringing your client to this property I would suggest staying away. 4 months later and no co-op has been paid. Jake the property manager is very hard to get a hold of, doesn’t seem like a bad guy but has problems following through on what he says he’s going to do."

"This is a “Dog Friendly” building but there is absolutely no where to wash your dog, there are no tubs in the units and no where in the building amenities to wash them. The outdoor hose is shut off for winter and I have asked for a workaround and no solutions were offered. Very disappointing considering the money I pay to live here. If your dog gets messy I would not suggest living here."

"I've lived in The Fields for three years now and every winter there is some sort of heating outage. This year the heat in my unit went out on Dec. 26th and as of today, Jan. 4th I am still without any heat. I have called the city, the alderman, the corporate office at 33 Realty, and the building manager, and still have no idea when the heat will be fixed. The only answer is they are waiting on a part to arrive. It has been over a week and it's completely outrageous that we can live in a city like Chicago and have a management company get away with not providing heat. The temps were around 10 degrees the first couple of days the heat went out. The corporate offices have not answered any of my calls. They don't return my calls at all. The building manager is overwhelmed and doing the job of two people. An email was sent saying the HVAC company was waiting on a part. So in a city with dozens of HVAC companies, 33 Realty can only rely on one? 33 Realty is responsible for the safety of its residents. It's unbelievable that they expect residents to live in a unit with temps reading anywhere from 37 to 54 degrees in the middle of a Chicago winter. Imagine the people who have pets, kids, or are elderly. I would never rent from them again. They clearly aren't interested in maintaining the integrity of their properties. It's all about profit above the residents. It's depressing to see a beautiful building like The Fields being so poorly run by grubby owners and a management firm. If your heat goes out every winter it should be something you are prepared for. However, 33 Realty would rather let its tenants freeze in 37-degree apartments than invest in a proper HVAC system."

"I have been living in this apartment building for a little over 7 months now and I have zero complaints. The amenities are great and and all the residents are friendly. Jake made the leasing process easy and fast. He gave us a tour of multiple units and showed us all the amenities. When I was ready to apply he responded fast to all my emails and answered all my questions. Even when he is not in his office he has gone out of his way to help me get into my apartment because I left my keys inside. Saving me time and money by not having to call the locksmith. 5/5 stars to the apartment building and 5/5 stars to Jake!"

"We couldn't be more thankful for the amazing service 33Management has given us. Gene has been extremely resourceful since day 1. He was able to give us a tour on a super short notice and he is extremely responsive to all emails, he would always make sure to address all questions, even on weekends! Jake is also very helpful, I contacted him with some questions shortly after we signed our lease and he was able to clarify all doubts in a friendly and patient manner. Great Customer Service!"
