"I lived here for two years. During my last few months building was flooded. At that time management was only worried about building the broken half of the walls constructors were entering the apartment all the time without permission opening cupboards. The building was always noisy, apartment too bright to sleep"
"Long story short, I was doxed by a former member of the 811 Uptown front desk staff, and management (Bozzuto at the time) allowed it to happen. This person at the front desk staff had been parking their car in the loading zone for 8+ hours a day, several days per week for several months. Management sent out a building-wide email warning residents that cars should not be parked in the loading zone for longer than 30 minutes at risk of being towed. I responded directly to this email with pictures of the car that had still been parking there all day, urging them to identify the owner of this car and enforce the same rules. Rather than my complaint remaining anonymous, management shared my email with everyone in building staff (completely inappropriate violation of my privacy). The person at the front desk to which this car belonged proceeded to post a picture of me alongside other identifying information and unfavorable words about me on her public Instagram page, in addition to texting another resident accusing me of racism for reporting her car. All I wanted was for the building/loading zone safety rules to be enforced equally amongst residents and building staff alike. Instead, I paid $3k per month to live here only for my privacy to be violated and for their front desk staff to dox, bully and harass me. To make matters worse, it took multiple unanswered emails and finally a phone call to Brian to get him to begrudgingly apologize to me. This is literally something I could sue both Bozzuto and this individual over, and I can barely get an apology from management? Luxury living at its finest. Oh yeah, and the building isn’t safe. My car window was smashed into while parked on the 2nd floor of the garage I paid $275/month to park in. I was told that “residents should only be parking on the 3rd floor” yet there are signs all over half of the 2nd floor saying “resident parking only.” Huh?? The good of living here: stellar maintenance team, amenities (although TVs on the 4th floor were constantly broken), building events and happy hours, Luxer package system (when it worked), location, views, and the friendships I made in this building. I can’t speak much to the new management that changed abruptly from Bozzuto to Willow Bridge towards the end of my time there, but I do know it took over a month after I moved out, several unanswered emails and finally a phone call to get them to send a check for the balance they owed me."
"Idk what to say . I’ve got a temporary parking permit and they lost my car for towing??? I woke up and there was no car even though when had parking permit. I paid 240$ for towing Because I needed my car to go to work. I’ve been living in this building since 2022. When bozzuto was managing the building everybody was very responsible for their job. I want to get back my money and someone has to responsible for this 240$ towing fee."
"Here is a large residential complex with good architecture and professional facilities. I was a guest of my friends here for a few days. The view of the city from this building is very beautiful and dreamy. Whirlpool brand is used for the equipment of the units, which has a high quality. Cooling and heating are provided by the central system, and when you are in your apartment, you can easily hear the sound of the ventilation system turning on and off, which could have been better. Electrical and mechanical installations are excellent. This complex has many facilities such as gym, game hall, party space, barbecue space, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, golf simulator, etc."
"I’d live here just for my stove. The view doesn’t hurt. Halfway through my lease and I have nothing to complain about. No building on earth is without its faults. The staff responds to any issues that do arise and the constant upkeep is noticeable. Everyone I’ve encountered here is not only professional but genuinely nice people after getting to know them a bit casually. Looking forward to the backyard not being a giant arctic tundra and the re-opening of the pool. My doggy paddle has never been more elegant. Trying, though."
